Sorting Your Results

Search results can be sorted in two different ways: by how closely their content matches the information you entered in the "What are you looking for?" box, or alphabetically by their name.

Just above the first search result listing is a label that says "Sort By" and next to it are two tabs that can be toggled to change from one sorting method to the other. The tab that is currently selected has a bold label on a grey background. The unselected tab is white and its label is a live link that can be clicked to re-sort the results.

"Relevancy" Tab

Selecting the "Relevancy" tab will sort your search results by how well they match the words you entered in the "What are you looking for?" box. When results are sorted this way, the businesses closer to the start are likely to be more relevant to your needs than the businesses further on.

The display order based on relevance is the default one.

"Alphabetical" Tab

Selecting the "Alphabetical" tab will sort your search results alphabetically based on the names of the businesses. If you are seeking a particular business and know its name, use the Alphabetical sorting to find the business you are looking for.
